Current legislation of the Empordà Designation of Origin Control Board:
The Empordà Designation of Origin was approved with Order ARP/63/2006, on 16th February, which was published in the Official Journal of the Generalitat of Catalonia (DOGC) no. 4585 on 3rd March 2006.
DOGC no. 4762 on 16th November corrected some misprints in the text of the Order ARP/63/2006 of 16th February.
Order AAR/488/2010 of 8 October (Government of Catalonia Official Gazette no. 5740, 22/10/10), modifying previous Order ARP/63/2006 of 16 February.
